I bought a used New 3DS Regular from PremazingPH, it arrived early however upon testing, I found out that it's mic wasn't working, I quickly informed the seller about it and they were very responsive and honored their warranty without any issue. They tested the replacement unit on video before shipping, and communication throughout was smooth and reassuring. They also honored my request for installing games I listed.
The replacement unit I received works well — all buttons, cameras, mic, speakers, Wi-Fi, Amiibo scanner, pedometer, and 3D slider are functional. I was unable to test the game card slot as I don't have a game card unfortunately. Battery life is solid (around 4+ hours of gameplay on medium brightness (4) with Wi-Fi off, Power Saver ON.) It came with a charger, stylus, a free pouch, and a 128GB SD card with CFW installed (Luma3DS) plus a 3DS guide by the seller too.
As expected with secondhand consoles, there are some minor scuffs on the shell and a small dead pixel on the top screen. The bottom screen also has slight light patches/backlight bleed on one side (viewable on certain angles and games background image), but touch input works perfectly. For an 80% aesthetic grade, this was acceptable and overall a fair deal for the price.
Packaging was secure, and despite the bad weather during shipping, they made sure everything was handled safely.
Overall, I’m satisfied with the purchase — honest grading, reliable warranty, and good customer support. Would recommend to anyone looking for a secondhand unit with peace of mind.

I bought a 2ndhand OLED here and encountered an error in the dualboot setup. They called me at night almost immediately after I said my concern and replaced my unit within 24 hours.

my package was stuck in the sorting center for 7 days and they gave me reassurance that the order was still on its way to me. when the package finally came, it was safely bubble wrapped in multiple layers, and the console was labeled with my shopee account name.
upon trying the console, the card wasn't being read, so i sent a message to customer service and they IMMEDIATELY referred me to a staff member who patiently helped me through message and call. when the troubleshooting process didn't improve the issues, they said that they would send a replacement console and card asap.
the replacement came 2 days later, no issues, everything working smoothly. throughout the entire experience, the made me feel reassured that there were solutions to the uncontrollable inconveniences along the way. would recommend them to anyone thinking to get their own ds lite :)

The item i got from this store is a modded Switch Lite.
Originally, i got the Pokemon Limited Edition because of the all black colors and it’s really hard to find these days let alone it being modded haha!
During buying, I was hesitant bcs seller did not want to show the actual unit BEFORE I ordered. But AFTER I ordered they showed my full video and its even on YOUTUBE haha. So masaya naman ako.
When the item arrived, happy ako! Maganda yung unit, expected signs of usage which were ok. One thing though was the left analog was very sketchy already. No drift pero may hitch. I was going to let it go, pero dapat sinasabi ito sa buyers.
Next issue was, after 1 day of use, the next morning, the screen was not working anymore. Backlight was working but no display. Immediately showed this to seller, and they responded and decided SWIFTLY that they will replace the item. KUDOS haha! Because this made me really nervous 10k din yun! Btw, I sent them CLEAR videos that my screen was not working.
One thing though hindi na ako pinapili ng replacement version. Not sure why! Im assuming wala nang Pokemon ed. Kinda sad about that kaya 4 stars lang haha.
But the replacement was swift, we booked a lalamove and my item was replaced inside 3 days.
Now fast forward to present, I am happy and still using my replacement unit used Switch Lite Grey version. Good quality, working as expected. Actually, better than expected (makinis yung unit besides the trigger buttons).
I havent explored the other features of a modded Switch like overclocking, dual booting, etc. But for playing games, this is 100.
All in all, I will recommend this store kasi they follow through with after sales. Could be better when it comes to communication, that’s all!

After buying a PSP from this store, I just had to buy the next big thing and I wasn't disappointed. Ang daming games, hindi ka na gagastos para bumili kasi pwede mo nang idownload lahat ng gusto mo for free. I accidentally reset my unit to factory settings, but modding it again was so easy, no PC setup required. You can still link your PSN account and get achievements. The unit did not seem to have any visible scratches whatsoever. Parang brand new talaga ang itsura. May free crystal case naman provided kung maselan ka. Still worth the purchase even after all these years.

I have always wanted a PSP since I was a kid, and I am very happy now that I have one. I can finally play the games that are too intensive for my phone to emulate. I'm just disappointed with the short battery life of this unit; it could only last a few hours before running out of battery. I appreciate the freebies such as the carrying case and screen protector. The memory stick is actually an adapter with a microSD card in it. Installing new games was easy; you just copy and paste the ROMs into a folder on the SD card, and you're ready to play. There seems to be a problem with 128GB cards, so limit your games library to a 64GB card instead.

So I tested this out first before rating and it's SUPERB. Super smooth ng unit at di mo aaklaing 2nd hand na yung PSP. I upgraded to 128GB at mas sulit yun for me. Sobrang okay ng battery life. I use about 30-50% brightness when I play and tumatagal siya ng mga 4-5 hours. Less than (or a little close to) an hour full charge na siya sakin. Lahat din ng request kong PSP games nalagay. Hindi din mahirap kausap seller, mabilis sumagot pag may mga tanong ako. Customer service is top notch! I plan to get another console next month. Also ang inorder ko is DBC (Different Battery Cover) pero laking tuwa at gulat ko na same ang battery cover na dumating. Thanks seller! Satisfied customer.

Happy gamer here! Able to download all games easily, provided memory card is 128gb so download all you want 😆. Battery life is around 5hrs or more for me, depending on how you use it. Everything is working fine. Seller sends a video testing the item and is very responsive with inquiries. Analog sometimes ticks but as per the seller, there is a protective ring in it so that dust doesnt come in - not really concerned about it, still functioning well. A 2nd hand unit so there are some scratches but it can be easily covered with stickers and there is a crystal case freebie as well. Charger and additional cord provided as well, all is working well.

It arrived safely, and with so much protection inside a box with bubble wraps. It actually is an authentic NSwitch Pro Controller, has the "thx2 allgamefans!" print inside the controller!
Also tested the HD Rumble, the buttons and joystick too and i've gotta say they're the real deal with how crisp and clicky the d-pad sounds and how responsive the joysticks are. It also wakes the switch on sleep mode. It does have minor scuffs but those are manageable since it is a pre-loved (2nd hand) controller but for price and if you don't care about its looks its a pretty good deal for an authentic pro controller.
Only issue i got with this controller is that the L button isn't responsive when pushing it lightly, you gotta push it deep enough to register the button, but i can easily fix that once i've thoroughly used this controller.
Overall, a really good product in 2nd hand condition. Definitely buy one here in this shop if you're in the market for a pro controller. The seller is very responsive when you have questions about their items.

Performance:It works very well, although I've had some crashes on it last night.
Best Feature:It has homebrew and emulators pre-installed.
It's great overall and worth getting. However, the L button is squeaky, the bottom of the console has a few scratches, and I've had to download some other games I requested for myself. Those are just minor nitpicks of mine. I still need to learn how to get the homebrew launcher and some other apps though.

100% authentic PSP console. Everything (I haven't tried the WiFi and wlan features) work perfectly. I also tried connecting the console to my laptop to transfer games and it works well. Buttons still feel snappy and new and the flaws are very minimal despite being a second-hand model. Sound is loud and clear. Super love the color!

It took me awhile to 3 days to rate the store. Gusto ko muna kasi i test yung psp. And so far wala naman ako nakita defect and smooth ng gameplay at wala lag given na second hand bilib ako. kudos din sa seller hands on and ini download yung mga games na gusto ko. Mabilis din delivery wala pang 1 week nasa akin na ang item.
