I bought a used New 3DS Regular from PremazingPH, it arrived early however upon testing, I found out that it's mic wasn't working, I quickly informed the seller about it and they were very responsive and honored their warranty without any issue. They tested the replacement unit on video before shipping, and communication throughout was smooth and reassuring. They also honored my request for installing games I listed.
The replacement unit I received works well — all buttons, cameras, mic, speakers, Wi-Fi, Amiibo scanner, pedometer, and 3D slider are functional. I was unable to test the game card slot as I don't have a game card unfortunately. Battery life is solid (around 4+ hours of gameplay on medium brightness (4) with Wi-Fi off, Power Saver ON.) It came with a charger, stylus, a free pouch, and a 128GB SD card with CFW installed (Luma3DS) plus a 3DS guide by the seller too.
As expected with secondhand consoles, there are some minor scuffs on the shell and a small dead pixel on the top screen. The bottom screen also has slight light patches/backlight bleed on one side (viewable on certain angles and games background image), but touch input works perfectly. For an 80% aesthetic grade, this was acceptable and overall a fair deal for the price.
Packaging was secure, and despite the bad weather during shipping, they made sure everything was handled safely.
Overall, I’m satisfied with the purchase — honest grading, reliable warranty, and good customer support. Would recommend to anyone looking for a secondhand unit with peace of mind.

Ngayon need ko sya ipa service sa iba, expected ko sa 70% kala ko normal chip paint, gasgas lang at wala kahit ano sira, pinabalik ko sa inyo item para ma check ng maayos gawa ng yung top screen nag bblack at may watermark, bumalik saken naglala sira after bumalik saken matapos nyo icheck. Dumami lalo sira , nawala pati sound ng speaker, pati lower screen nag bblink. Napansin ko din ng pagkabalik saken ng unit. Pati buttons and original rubber stick nya pinalitan nyo ng buttons na sira at plastic na joystick. Next time lagyan nyo ng laber lahat ng items na ippost kung ano totoong sira ng unit. 4700 Pero defective.. hindi rin biro babayaran ko para lang sa sira.
